Kerrytown has always been a huge part of Ann Arbor. The home of the farmer's market and other amazing stores. The bell tower and adorable clock ring every hour.
This building is located in the back of our house. It's where my mom does her work, and my sister lives for now. Although I never really enjoyed the barn it provided privacy for my mom, and time to be away from her 4 screaming children. The barn when we first got the house was run down, but then we fixed it up. I wasn't born when we made it insulated it and when we first painted it red. We're still working on it but we will always be working on the house.
This house is one of the only houses in my neighborhood that looks the exact same as when I was a kid. All houses around us get upgraded, as our neighborhood gets richer and wanted. The person who lived here for as long as I can remember as finally moved away, and the number of original residents dwindles. This small house corner house was always so beautiful to me, and I'm afraid it will also get upgraded.
